Privacy Policy
Save Your Wardrobe Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 10831653, at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, decides how your information is used and is responsible for it.
This policy covers the App. It does not cover how a brand handles your information once we pass your claim to it — from that point the brand is responsible for its own records, under its own privacy notice.

We do not use your information for advertising and do not track you across other companies’ apps.
3. Processing on your device
Information leaves your device when you submit a claim, contact support, or where a step needs a network service, such as reading a receipt, drafting your message, finding a brand’s contact address, or taking payment.
We use AI to recognise items, read receipts and write your draft.
AI output can be incorrect, and nothing goes to a brand until you confirm to send it to the brand.
Our staff can view claim records internally to give support, fix faults and prevent abuse. Access is limited to those who need it.
We do not sell your information. We share it with:
• the brand you are complaining to — your name, contact details, claim, purchase details, photos, receipt and correspondence. This is the point of the App. From then on the brand is responsible for its own copy;
• our AI, email delivery, hosting and support providers, who act on our instructions only;
• payment providers, including Apple, for transactions and refunds;
• advisers, insurers and authorities, only where we need to take advice, defend a claim or comply with the law;
• a buyer or successor, if we sell or reorganise the business, with equivalent protection.
We store your information in the UK.
6. How long we keep it
• Account information — while your account is open, then deleted within 30 days.
• Claims, photos, receipts and correspondence — 24 months after the claim closes or your account is deleted.
• Payment records — 7 years, for tax and accounting.
• Support conversations and technical logs — 12 to 24 months.
• Anything needed to defend a claim or prevent fraud — only as long as necessary.
Deleting your account does not withdraw a claim already sent, and does not delete the brand’s copy. To have that removed you need to ask the brand.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent.
8. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logging, and supplier checks. No service is completely secure; if a breach is likely to put you at risk we will tell the regulator and, where required, you.
